Le Bistro was Antigua’s first authentic French Restaurant established 30 years ago. The atmosphere is romantic and airy, with a friendly staff, all of which have been with them for many years. Chef Patrick Gauducheau was chosen by the Discovery Channel’s “Great Chefs of the World”, but previously the restaurant has been recommended by many, including “Gourmet Magazine”.
