Pre/Post Night Rates:

Our contracted group rate at The Ritz-Carlton, Turks & Caicos is $629.00 per night plus 12% government taxes, 10% service charge and 5% facility fee (approximately $799.00 per night). The group rate is available 3 days pre- and 3 days post- from the contracted program dates of May 17-21, 2023. If you choose to arrive early or stay late for the purpose of a personal vacation, we can assist with pre/post extension arrangements, however any related charges (transportation, hotel accommodations, meals) are a personal expense.

ALL CHARGES incurred with extensions are at the traveler’s own expense and are not reimbursable, including hotel accommodations, meals, activities, transfers and other related services. Should there be a fare difference between the cost of your flights traveling on program dates versus your extension dates, that difference would be your responsibility and at your own expense.

As per Pfizer policy, transfers will ONLY be provided on program dates (May 17-21, 2023) between the Providenciales International Airport (PLS) and The Ritz-Carlton, Turks & Caicos. If you are arriving or departing Turks & Caicos outside of these dates, you will need to arrange your own transportation.

Please do not contact the hotel directly to book your hotel reservations or make any changes. All reservations should be requested through this website’s registration page. If you are extending your stay, please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate your request; however, rooms are subject to availability.
